About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Metro Roofing Ltd. as a key member of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the sales team's performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and increase revenue.
  • Policy Development: Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures related to sales, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company regulations.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with clients, and negotiate sales contracts.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and proficiency in sales software and tools.
