About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Metro Roofing Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the sales team's performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and ensure alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Organizational Policies: Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure the sales team is equipped to meet sales targets.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
