Position Overview

As a Cleaning Services Coordinator at Revive Building Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the cleanliness and safety of various facilities. Your leadership will ensure that our cleaning staff is well-trained and that all operations run smoothly.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
Work Environment
  • Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
  • This position may require you to be on the road.
  • Employment type: Permanent.
  • Language of work: English.
  • Working hours: 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning services.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
