Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire and provide training for cleaning personnel to maintain high operational standards.

  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections of sites to guarantee compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities.

Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
