About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Small Cleaning Services. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Cleaning Operations: Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that cleaning standards are met, and recommend additional services as needed.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop our cleaning staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Inspect and maintain our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
