QA Consultants Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Contract Specialist to support our client partner in the non-profit sector.

As an IT Contract Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and negotiating contracts with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert input and participate in the review and negotiation of contracts with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other third-party entities within the non-profit sector.
  • Conduct thorough contract reviews to identify potential risks and opportunities, safeguarding our client's interests.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and contractual obligations throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to renewal or termination, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to align contracts with business objectives within the non-profit environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in the non-profit sector.
  • Monitor contract performance closely, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services by our client's partners.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding of contract requirements within the non-profit context.
  • Identify areas for improvement in procurement and contract processes, implementing changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the non-profit sector.
