Lift Operations Supervisor - Winter Season

Position Overview: The Lift Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing a dedicated team of lift operators during the winter season. This position is integral to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and crew members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of lift operators, ensuring high standards of service and safety.
  • Facilitate operational meetings and manage staff schedules effectively.
  • Conduct thorough pre-operational checks and daily inspections of lift systems.
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels to ensure efficient lift operations.
  • Encourage and support staff in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Provide training on safety protocols and operational procedures for various lift systems.
  • Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to lift station crews.
  • Address guest feedback and operational concerns promptly.
  • Assist with various operational tasks as required.
Supervisory Duties:

This role includes direct supervision of lift operators within the assigned crew.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one season of experience in winter operations.
  • Familiarity with lift operation policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of different lift systems, including detachable and fixed grip lifts.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Positive attitude and ability to inspire others.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Working Environment:

The Lift Operations Supervisor primarily works outdoors, adapting to changing weather conditions. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation ranges from $21.62 to $25.28 per hour, with additional benefits including:
