We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lift Operation Supervisor to join our team at FlyOver Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lift equipment and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Assist guests with special needs and provide a high level of customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and respond promptly to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of our lift equipment, including regular inspections and troubleshooting.
- Staff Training: Train and supervise staff on lift operations, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of competence and compliance.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operation of our lift equipment and meet the needs of our guests.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication for this role.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
