About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lift Operation Supervisor to join our team at FlyOver Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lift equipment and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Guests with Special Needs

Our guests come from all over the world, and we strive to provide an inclusive and accessible experience for all. As a Lift Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting guests with special needs, ensuring that they have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Emergency Response

In the event of an emergency, you will be the point of contact and responsible for responding quickly and effectively to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.

Lift Equipment Maintenance

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lift equipment, including performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Staff Training and Development

You will play a key role in training and developing our staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to provide exceptional customer service and operate our lift equipment safely and efficiently.

Operations Management

You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our lift equipment is running smoothly and that our guests are having a great experience.

You will be required to use your judgement to make decisions quickly and effectively in emergency situations.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

You will be required to be reliable and trustworthy, and must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Team Player

You will work closely with our team to ensure that we are providing a high level of customer service and operating our lift equipment safely and efficiently.
