Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and other financial documents.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll, including calculating salaries, wages, and benefits, and preparing payroll reports.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Xero. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
