Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team at Netramark Holdings Inc. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain a risk management framework to mitigate potential financial risks.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Prepare and process payroll, and administer benefits programs.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting Technology/Technician and Bookkeeping, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and GAAP software.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English.
