Job Summary

Prime Tax Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including financial record-keeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Tax Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
