About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team at RAMP Technology Group Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in business intelligence and information systems, and apply this knowledge to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information systems, or business administration.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools and technologies, including Kronos, SQL, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and GitHub.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of judgment and a client-focused approach.
