About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team at Ramp Group. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Design and develop reports and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business intelligence solutions meet the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in business intelligence tools and technologies.
