About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at SSMC Business Solutions Inc. as a key member of our Business Intelligence team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Gathering

Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop a deep understanding of their needs.

Business Intelligence Solutions

Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions to drive business growth and improve decision-making.

Security Risk Assessment

Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.

Quality Assurance

Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.

Client Support

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure the successful implementation of business intelligence solutions.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a business intelligence or related role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
