About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at SSMC Business Solutions Inc. as a permanent employee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business acumen, with the ability to design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement
    • Confer with clients to identify their business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Business Solution Development
    • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Security and Risk Management
    • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Client Support
    • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or information systems.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, such as business intelligence, data analysis, or information systems.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
