About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at SSMC Business Solutions Inc. as a key member of our Business Intelligence team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Gathering

Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop a deep understanding of their needs.

Business Intelligence Solutions

Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions to drive business growth and improve decision-making.

Information Systems Strategy

Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Security Risk Assessment

Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.

Security Policy Development

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure business continuity.

Quality Assurance

Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet business requirements and industry standards.

Testing and Quality Control

Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and identify areas for improvement.

Client Support

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure they are satisfied with the business intelligence solutions provided.

Test Execution and Documentation

Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests to ensure accuracy and completeness.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst who can work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, data analysis, and information systems, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
