Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Office Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As a Part Time Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, creating house bills and master bills, and coordinating and tracking shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry of all shipment details into our in-house database
- Create of House Bills & Master Bills
- Coordinate and track shipments including booking, picking and delivery of goods, tracking transportation, documentation, insurance and accounting.
- Advise customers on air and road transport procedures, international regulations.
- Obtain and produce all relevant information (overseas, consulates, government agencies, etc.).
- Organize transportation and documentation with carriers.
- Produce accurate information and documentation on time.
- Up to and including compliance measures set forth by CBSA and Transport Canada
- Ensure all files are closed within the time frame established by the company
- Administrative tasks such as, but not limited to:
- Billing Corrections
- Reports
- Records Retention
- Audits
- All other tasks connected to general administration.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Knowledge of air freight operations an asset
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
