About the Role

Rise Air is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and direction to our human resources team, ensuring that our HR initiatives support the company's overall business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and productivity.
  • Change Management: Lead and implement change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to new processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, management, and external stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Postgraduate degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of advanced human resource and corporate experience, with at least 5 years of progressively senior human resource and corporate management and leadership experience.
  • Certification: Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) Saskatchewan certification.
