What You'll Be Doing:

  • Promptly respond to service requests and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to diagnose and repair hardware and software problems, adhering to established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support interactions within our helpdesk system.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of computer systems, software applications, and other IT equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to handle complex technical issues and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Contribute to a stable and secure IT environment by performing routine maintenance tasks such as updates and backups.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows is essential, along with a fundamental understanding of networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with macOS and Linux operating systems is an asset.
  • A collaborative team player who effectively communicates with colleagues and seeks guidance from senior technicians when needed.
  • An educational background in IT, ideally with a College Diploma or University Degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A problem-solver with a willingness to learn and grow within the IT field.
