About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Price Group Corp. as a Sales Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and design team members.
  • Sales Operations: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, and oversee the ordering and return of merchandise.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking work environment in an urban area with various locations.
  • Work Setting: Wholesale establishment/store, head office, and office building.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.

  • Public Transportation: Public transportation is available.
