Job Title: Visual Merchandising Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at Giorgio Armani. As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays and presentations that showcase our luxury products in a way that drives sales and enhances the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the company's brand image and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to create visually appealing store displays and presentations that showcase our luxury products.
  • Manage and maintain the visual presentation of the store, including the layout, lighting, and overall aesthetic.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the store is always stocked with the latest products and that the visual presentation is consistent with the company's brand image.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual merchandising strategies that align with the company's marketing goals.
  • Manage and maintain the store's visual inventory, including the ordering and receiving of visual fixtures and displays.
  • Ensure that the store is always in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and improving customer engagement through visual merchandising strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
