We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at 2468765 Ontario Incorporated. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to meet sales targets.
- Authorization and Control: Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Return of Merchandise: Authorize the return of merchandise and ensure that all returns are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for the sales team to ensure that the store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise to customers and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational issues.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Team Size: 1-2 people
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
