Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at RCSPL CANADA INC.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, and organize and maintain inventory.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
  • Ensure excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Reliability and efficiency in interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and efficiency in work.
