Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
