  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer service delivery and team performance
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Identify and address any customer service issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of MS Office
