Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Consultant to join our team at LED GIANT. As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs and resources, and recommending the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
  • Deliver sales presentations and provide excellent customer service
  • Represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries
  • Conduct sales transactions and prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Use sales forecasting software to analyze sales data and identify trends
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. The role will involve handling heavy loads, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding work. The candidate must have attention to detail, be organized, and have excellent communication skills.
