Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience in a financial or accounting role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training to staff on their responsibilities and company policies.
  • Compile and present financial reports to management.
  • Ensure the effective operation of financial systems and equipment.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges, offering technical guidance and suggestions to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Verify the accuracy of all financial transactions.
  • Coordinate, delegate, and assess the work of team members.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for financial operations.
  • Organize maintenance and repair services for financial equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial activities.
  • Establish and manage work schedules and procedures for the team.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
