Accounting Supervisor

BTS Accounting & Tax Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operation of financial processes.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of financial equipment, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Financial Transactions: Ensure accuracy of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in accounting or financial operations.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
