Position Overview

The role of the Bookkeeping Supervisor at NUTRIZA INC. is essential for maintaining the integrity of our financial operations. This position requires a blend of educational background and practical experience to ensure the smooth functioning of our accounting processes.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on operational duties and company policies.
  • Compile and present financial reports to management.
  • Oversee the proper functioning of financial equipment.
  • Address and resolve workplace challenges, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Verify the accuracy of all financial transactions.
  • Manage, delegate, and review tasks assigned to team members.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services for financial systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules and procedures.
