Position Overview

The Accounting Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions within BTS ACCOUNTING & TAX SERVICES INC.. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of post-secondary education, such as College or CEGEP.
Key Responsibilities
  • Train staff on their responsibilities and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive financial reports.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of financial equipment.
  • Address and resolve workplace issues, providing technical guidance and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Oversee the accuracy of all financial transactions.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of team members.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Organize maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures for the team.
Supervisory Duties

Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

  • Possess efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience Requirements
  • Experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months in a relevant field.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent.
  • Working Language: English.
