Position Overview

NUTRIZA INC. is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeping Supervisor to oversee our financial operations. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our financial transactions and ensuring efficient workflow within the accounting department.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience in a bookkeeping or supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training to staff on operational duties and company policies.
  • Compile and present financial reports to management.
  • Ensure the effective functioning of financial equipment.
  • Address workplace challenges, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Verify the accuracy of all financial transactions.
  • Oversee the assignment and review of tasks among team members.
  • Manage the requisition of necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services for financial systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations.
