- Customer Service: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide physical accessibility accommodations.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, and assist with their immediate settlement needs.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
Work Environment:
- 35 hours per week.
- English language.
