About the Role
Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our Home Care Nursing team at Sunshine Coast Home Care Services in Sechelt, BC.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing knowledge and expertise to promote and protect the optimal health, well-being, and safety of relevant populations.
- Prepare and conduct clinics, provide related nursing care such as screening, health teaching, and immunization for recommended and required vaccinations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, educational resources, and other healthcare professionals/providers to achieve excellence in health services and education.
