Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Coordinator to join our team at Bell Media. As a Traffic Coordinator, you will be responsible for programming various products, including contracts, instructions, advertising material, and network promo spots, in the daily broadcast registers for all French specialty networks (RDS, RDS2, and RDS info) using specialized software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and monitor daily broadcast registers to ensure compliance with various parameters and policies
  • Respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other related tasks as required
  • Collaborate with other traffic coordinators to achieve daily traffic deadlines
Requirements
  • Studies in administration or a related field
  • Experience in traffic coordination, preferably in a French-language environment
  • Knowledge of IBMS software and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
