The successful candidate will work closely with our integrated media investment team to support the maintenance and preparation of monthly budget forecasting, customer audits and analyses, as well as ensuring agency-wide targets and commitments are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting reports.
  • Investigate, explain, and resolve variances where applicable.
  • Coordinate with the planning/buying teams to ensure annual targets and commitments are met.
  • Develop knowledge of the media landscape.
  • Attend media seminars and vendor presentations as required.
  • Streamline and improve existing processes.
  • Assist in client billing estimates and reconciliations.
  • Solve and clear billing discrepancies and queries.
  • Develop proficiency with media-related tools and research systems.
