Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at LEO REALTY LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bookkeeping and Data Entry: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and must be able to communicate effectively in English.
