Lead Creative Vision as Art Director

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director (Art/Design) to spearhead our creative team within the dynamic environment of our internal studio. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative Studio, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Creative Director (Copy) to cultivate a culture of exceptional creativity and foster a team that thrives on innovation.
Your Impact:
- Lead and inspire a talented team of designers, guiding their creative development and nurturing their individual strengths.
- Collaborate with external agencies and contractors, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our brand vision.
- Partner across departments to translate strategic objectives into compelling creative solutions that resonate with our target audience.
- Champion a clear and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels, elevating Lyft's visual presence in the marketplace.
- Drive the development of groundbreaking campaigns and content that captivate audiences and deliver tangible business results.
Your Expertise:
- A proven track record of success leading integrated creative efforts within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional visual design skills, coupled with a keen understanding of art direction, conceptual thinking, and brand strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring creative teams, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work culture.
- A deep understanding of the Canadian market, particularly Toronto, and the ability to tailor creative strategies for local relevance.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional partners.
