Job Title: Director of Product Research

Clio is a global leader in the legal technology industry, transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals and increasing access to justice. We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Product Research to join our Product Design team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading a research practice from the ground up, with expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. They will be responsible for building a comprehensive customer empathy and advocacy program, leading product design research across various initiatives, and ensuring the development of actionable qualitative and quantitative research.

The Director of Product Research will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish a set of customer-backed OKRs, connect insights across market research and product research, and evangelize product research and customer insights across the organization. They will also hire and coach a high-performing team of researchers to support the company's mission.
