The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading a research practice from the ground up, with expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. They will be responsible for building a comprehensive customer empathy and advocacy program, leading product design research across various initiatives, and ensuring the development of actionable qualitative and quantitative research.
The Director of Product Research will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish a set of customer-backed OKRs, connect insights across market research and product research, and evangelize product research and customer insights across the organization. They will also hire and coach a high-performing team of researchers to support the company's mission.
We offer a competitive salary range of $196,000 to $294,000 CAD, with variable pay based on company performance. Our Total Rewards Program includes top-tier health benefits, dental, and vision insurance, a hybrid work environment, flexible time off policy, and a Clioversary recognition program.
