Transforming the Legal Experience

Clio is a global leader in transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice. We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Product Research to join our Product Design team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and scale a successful product design research practice from the ground up, ensuring a foundation of actionable qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Lead product design research across a broad range of initiatives, including conducting research directly and coaching product and design leaders on research best practices.
  • Triangulate qualitative and quantitative data to develop a holistic view of our customers, enabling data-driven business impact.
  • Evangelize product research and customer insights across the organization, helping each employee connect to our customers' needs in real and meaningful ways.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence leaders to connect insights across market research and product research.
