Product Research Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned research leader to join our Product Design team as a Product Research Director. This role will be responsible for building and scaling a successful product design research practice from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead product design research across a broad range of initiatives, including conducting research directly and coaching product and design leaders on research best practices.
  • Ensure we have a foundation of actionable qualitative research, including an easy way to catalog and query existing insights.
  • Triangulate qualitative and quantitative data to develop a holistic view of our customers.
  • Enable A/B testing capabilities, including understanding needs and overseeing quality of ongoing work.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence leaders to connect insights across market research and product research to maximize data-driven business impact.
  • Evangelize product research and customer insights across the organization, helping each employee connect to our customers' needs in real and meaningful ways.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading a broad range of research initiatives that resulted in meaningful impact for the business and customers.
  • Experience building research capabilities from the ground up.
  • Unique ability to tame the complexity of multiple qualitative and quantitative data sources to uncover meaningful insights.
  • Deep desire to help everyone (customers, stakeholders, and employees) do their best possible work.
