About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Attendant to join our team at Parsa Wellness Inc. as a key member of our healthcare support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, including taking vital signs, weighing, lifting, and positioning patients, as well as bathing, dressing, and grooming patients.
  • Communication: Deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments, and answer call signals to determine patients' needs.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that all necessary equipment is available and in good working order.
  • Transportation: Transport patients between care facilities, and in wheelchair or stretcher, as needed.
  • First Aid and Emergency Response: Administer first aid in emergency situations and prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and will be required to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
