Nurse - Patient Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Providence Health Care. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
