We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor at O'Regan's Automotive Group. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner, obtaining vehicle information and addressing their needs
  • Document customer vehicle problems accurately and clearly, ensuring all necessary details are captured
  • Refer to service history, inspect vehicles, and recommend additional required services to ensure optimal vehicle performance
  • Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts, clearly explaining the scope of work and associated costs
  • Communicate with customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, providing detailed explanations of cost and time requirements
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, ensuring all interactions are professional and courteous
