- Administrative Tasks
- Process customer payments and handle billing and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer information and service history.
- Education and Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-45 hour workweek. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced service technicians and advisors.
