We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Ken Kennedy Services. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with our technicians to ensure that vehicles are repaired and serviced efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on the status of vehicle repairs and services.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
