Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinic Manager to support our mission by providing tailored education and patient support services to both new and existing patients at our wellness lounge in Kingston.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard new patients and arrange appointments with physicians
- Perform follow-up calls and update patient files as necessary
- Provide patients with information and education on medical cannabis use
- Organize and run social events in the wellness lounge
- Collaborate with the team in head office to achieve organizational goals
- Post-secondary degree or diploma
- Customer service experience in a front-line setting
- Previous experience in a client-facing setting is an asset
- Previous experience in a sales/education role is an asset
- Previous experience in a medical setting is an asset
- Knowledge of Medical Cannabis and/or Previous Medical Cannabis Education is an asset
