Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at SUNLIFE ELECTRICAL LTD. As a key member of our residential electrical division, you will be responsible for supervising a team of electricians and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of 3-4 electricians to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to inform project planning and execution.
  • Recommend personnel actions and establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other teams.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a focus on residential electrical work.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex electrical systems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Working Conditions
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work outdoors, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Must be able to wear steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, and a hard hat.
