We are seeking a Senior QA/QC team member to join our team.

About the Role

As a Senior QA/QC team member, you will be instrumental in establishing and implementing a robust QA/QC process to ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in enhancing our testing frameworks and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive QA framework
  • Design and manage test cases to ensure thorough testing
  • Implement automated testing strategies to increase efficiency
  • Coordinate testing efforts across teams to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Enhance quality control processes to meet industry standards
  • Monitor QA-related metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure alignment
  • Facilitate training sessions to educate team members on QA best practices
  • Manage regression testing cycles and UAT to ensure software quality

Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA experience with a proven track record of success
  • Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to drive team collaboration
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Experience with risk and compliance considerations to ensure regulatory adherence
